The experience of this application is very good, because every time I encounter difficulties, someone will help me at any time. Special thanks to "Lydia” and ”Tony" for their help, which helped me solve the problem of pop-up windows in the activity bar.

I'm enjoying the app so far. I did experience a slight issue in being able to see my pop-up banner, but the service representative, Esther was able to help. She was courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

I'm pretty happy about this app, they charge less than any other email and SMS marketing apps but they have all the features you need. Sometimes there are small bugs but they are very responsive, the support is 24/7 online chat which is AWESOME. Esther solved a problem for me that other support wasn't able to solve. Highly recommend

I decided to try the Avada Email marketing & SMS today by integrating it to my store. The app seems to be a great one, though it's my first time. I was so excited to start using it, however I encountered a couple issues with the settings. I contacted their team which promptly responded and specifically Tony who helped me solve the issue. I just want to say thanks for being available, mainly because many amount us entrepreneurs are not that good at using computers. As we are trying to do everything by ourselves, things might sometimes get tough for us and a helping hand is always very welcome. Thank you so much Tony and to the rest of his team!

Needed some help with the pop ups. I messaged support and got help from Emily and William. They helped with the CSS and were very fast! Awesome service.

our company have a small shop, and avada is very comfortoble service that provide deffirent types of marketing things. We cant say how long will use this app, but for now its very useful and have exxelent supports

I just started using this awesome application. It has so many possibilities. I had some small issues at the beginning, that were solved with outstanding + fast support. I can highly recommend using this application and use the support in case of a issue.

Avada is the best EDM tool out there, 10 out of 10, switch from Omnisend. Easy to use and provide enough amazing email temples, Sunny from the support team helps me a lot!
