I had several questions on pricing and features in regards to using this App. Their are so many to choose from & I was able to reach customer service right away. I spoke with Lydia & she was extremely knowledgeable on the features & pricing plans. She answered all of my questions quickly & was extremally polite. I am excited to start using this App knowing that I have great support right there if I need it!

Jasmine is a pro! Very quick response and easy understanding of what I need. I need a pop-up window with coupons on my landing page and to automate the customer list to Shopify. Perfect done! Maybe I still want to learn about other functions like connecting WhatsApp or Facebook in the future. Thanks for Jasmine again.

Price wise I selected Avada over Klaviyo or Mail Chimp. It works seamlessly with the Shopify store. It has tons of features under a good budget. I recommend it to anyone new to a newsletter or email marketing because it's simple and intuitive.

I have built 5 shopify sites over the last year and the online chat with this app is the BEST customer service i have ever had (you can imagine i have tried alot of apps) I asked the most silly questions when i couldnt even find a button or where things were and they stayed on the chat for over an hour and talked me through each page! Great app and ive had to write in to get my business verified and Abby helped me, well more or less put out a HUGE fire! Avada has great customer care! She was great and was able to get it veriefied right away for me! already had a sale from the app!
