I can guarantee this is the best service I have seen so much app customer service. I asked many questions, and Esther could give me a correct response within 2-3 minutes. A Good customer email and SMS servicer in Shopify.

I needed assist with a popup and scheduling forms. The representative Abby was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained the steps needed to assist me. She also attached links for me to later view. Awesome Job Abby!!!

The customer service has been incredible with this app. Prakash, Lydia and Ester have been especially helpful. Whenever I use the live chat there is always someone there to help me right away and they're always happy to help solve any issue and help me navigate through the site.

I had some issues with my subscription plan. The so-called trial reminder also pops up on me even I have the pro plan. I chatted with Abby and she solved it for me in a very quick and professional manner.
