Charles & Tony on the live support was great. she did some coding in the backend to to created a specific campaign for me when i couldn't figure it out. super helpful. i refreshed & poof several campaigns were created for me

I used this app to help me create forums for popups via email, SMS and also on my online store. I'm not familiar with this, but Hana was very helpful by walking me through every step, guiding me, and ensuring I'm giving the best for my customers and my store.

I was able to work with Emily to get started using this app. My biggest concern was being able to transfer and sync all of my data from Constant Contact to theirs and she was super helpful. This platform is very easy to use and the price is right. Most recently, I needed help segmenting my customers and Hana was speedy and very thorough in here responses via chat. She was a great help!
