By far the most economical email marketing app I have used which has all the features compared to other email marketing apps. The support is also amazing, especially Esther and Prakash who helped me immediately with a few problems I had faced straight away. Highly recommended.

I chose this app mainly because of price, as my business and store is new. However, I'm glad I picked them. For a beginner, it has been easy to set up and customize things that I want. However, the biggest positive has been their support team. I've ran into multiple roadblocks while testing my site, and they have responded and helped me fix every issue VERY QUICKLY. The customer service from their help team has been tremendous!

Easy to use with straightforward guidelines. Customer service is available 24/7 and attentive to all the blockers I faced. Abby was especially helpful to all the questions I had. Would recommend to all e-commerce beginners.

We've exploring many apps before choosing this one. THere were some challenges but support and dev team are VERY customer-oriented and did some changes to algorithms after we ask them to do so. I could imagine any other service to do so at a such high speed. Also this app is the Android among apple-style apps. This means the there are A LOT of setting for composing e-mail, sms, push. While other tend to supply turnkey solutions with no settings avada chooses the other way. By the way, this app contains more types of triggers than any other app (21!). The price is competitive. So, this looks like a bargain :) Thanks for all the team members. I think you gonna become leading app soon

I used two of their plugins and they are very easy to use. Even if I only use the most basic functions, the customer service still tries to solve it for me. It deserves five stars, not a lie

The AVADA App for email marketing is great. However if you decide to go for the complete SEO Suit you will really benefit from the this wonderful system. One very beneficial aspect of this email marketing App is their extreemly helpful support. They are always available to provide help through chat. You should feel lucky if you get a lady named Liz on the chat. She knows what she is doing and goes out of way to provide all the support needed for your success in integrating it properly with Google. I am sure the other members of support are also equally competent and good, but our experience has only been with Liz and boy are we delighted to get the support we needed! She is thorough and guide you all the way. Thank you AVADA email marketing for the wonderful App and thank you Liz for all your help. Today on October 08, 2022 I needed some help with redesigning content marketing and Emily was the AVADA representative who came to my rescue. She is also very knowledgeable as well as helpful.
