I've been using this for a few weeks on the trial and the features and UI are really good - everything you need in an email app! Also, customer service was more than helpful, the person who helped me went above and beyond for me even though I wasn't a paying customer.

Perfect app. Support reacts instantly, the app is intuitive and it's easy to set-up. Besides, the forms and mails look beautiful! Would definitely recommend everyone! Thank you so much Jasmine for your support :)

A great app with many functions, modern and very easy to use. In addition, there are always updates and extensions. the support itself is absolutely brilliant. direct help with questions or problems. it doesn't get any better than that! Keep it up!

Excellent and instant resolution to most problems, Ive contacted the help twice so far and both the times the queries are resolved seamlessly. I'm so glad I've picked Avada over Klaviyo for the same purpose - did a lot of research and eventually chose them. Product is top-notch and customer support offered by Candace was super duper helpful and easy. Thanks a lot ! You've definitely won a long term customer in me !
