The best email marketing application for me. I have tested many that I deleted because they were too complicated or not sharp or customizable enough. Avada is perfect and allows me to manage everything easily even though it is in English (I am French and my shop is in France). The big plus: the support team is great. Sunny responded within seconds and solved my problem within minutes. I am very happy!

Great app so far. Support is really good. Functionality is great with all the right bells and whistles. Will continue using.

Incredible app, incredible support. No other way of putting it. I have used this app for abandoned cart emails and it simply is the best.

I replaced 2 apps with this one app. It's easy to use and it integrates into other apps making it even easier to use. Also, the customer service is excellent!

The app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate with good customization options. The customer service (Jasmine & Esther) is quick to respond and very helpful. I recommend using the app

The app has great functionalities and it is very easy to use. I have used other apps for marketing before and this is much cleaner and easier to use...which saves us a lot of time. Also, customer care is great...and has been proactive in offering to help, with Jasmine for example.

Rainy contacted me One minute after downloading the app and added me on WhatsApp so she can give me awesome communication and support. She’s helping me set up the common workflows that generally do a good ROI. Not to put any company down but I definitely Would refer Avada over Omni send any day!

After have difficulty editing the context of the templates with my Apple product I decided to try my Asus computer and IT WORKED and I am so HAPPY. Jasmine also assisted me with a few other things and made some recommendations for the future and I want to say thank you AVA for having people on your team that care.

Daisy was helpful and really easy to talk with. Although we were not immediately able to resolve the issue due to access issues. I have no doubt that I can contact support again and have the issue resolved quickly.

Testing the app, so far it seems very easy to use and well crafted. Customer support is very helpful, Daisy and Jasmine answered all the questions I had in minutes.

It's the better App for Marketing Automation. You can create a lot of automations with email, SMS, WhatsApp, ... All is clear, all is simple and all templates are already created to boost sales. This app is really incredible and the support team is magic ! Always available, always in a good mood and very professional.

I have decided to use this app because it offers many additional feature that are not included in many of the apps if looked at. Tis offers such great integration across platforms. I have to give it a try. And not that I have been assisted to complete the email setup in the MX, I can do exactly that. Thank you for the great support.
