really good app. Lots of function for free. It is probably the only one which is easy to use and perfectly works with shopify sign up forms and customer tags from shopify. A huge thank you to Sam. He's great and really knows how to support also technically.

I really love this app and the help I receive there. I used this app for welcome email automation and for campaigns. It was easy to use and while I had some hiccups along the way, the customer support (Jasmine and Lucy) was quick to resolve and help.

The app is great so far, although i had difficulties in the beginning but there support was fast and to the point, My account manager was Jasmine and she helped me a lot. Kudos to the team!

this app is amazing. Great customer service and UI design. I had some issues and Jasmine helped me out promptly. Very patient and welcoming. I definitely recommend it.

We are still in the early stages of using this app and really applying all the features to our communication. However what we have seen and especially the help and support from AVA is fast, helpful, professional and efficient. we are never left unanswered and the serviceteam are hands on and ready to help with setups and get us going in the best way.

Daisy is the best support assistant ever - She needs a promotion! A true example of real customer service - she offers her assistance without you even asking,and regularly sends emails whenever she notices a problem on our account - She is like our very own employee.Avada won't be good without her!

AVADA team is always there to support me whenever I have a query. They are very quick, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I will be happy to cointinue using their apps and services, and may upgrade to pro services once my store grows enough. Thank you!

There are some nice features in this app. I'm trying the pro plan features at the moment. Making changes and customizing your automations is very easy. App crashes sometimes, so saving your changes on a regular basis is recommended. People from the helpdesk are kind en provide some good help.
