This is the best Email Marketing and SMS for your Shopify online store. It was hard to set up the template email, and I spend more hours doing that but had no success. One of the Avada team, a beautiful support agent named ABBY, helps me to set up and design email marketing very quickly. I want to rate five stars for this App, and I want to recommend it to anyone who has an online store to install it from his store. Then you will discover this wonderful App.

I highly recommend the Avada app. We use it for email campaigns and pop-up announcements of promotional offers. I like the interface and the simplicity of working with the app. I'd like to give special thanks to the app's support team. I've never encountered such a responsive support. There wasn't a single question that wasn't resolved on the day of inquiry. Responses take no more than a minute. Special thanks to Hana and Liz. Wishing you success - we are very satisfied and continue to use the app.

Great email marketing tool. I mostly use it for order tracking, and so far its been a great experience its so easy to use, and the service offered by the support team is exceptional and responsive, thanks to the Avada support team (Abby)

My experience with AVADA's customer service has been extra ordinary. Jasmine clarified my queries about what is wrong with the automation I have set up and she helped me rectify the issues. She also helped me set up another workflow very quickly. She recommended some good practises that will help my business. App eccezionale! Offre innumerevoli opzioni per creare layout esteticamente piacevoli ed accattivanti. Veloce, facile da usare e intuitiva. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. Ho avuto l'opportunità di essere seguita da Liz per poter risolvere il mio problema e in pochi secondi è riuscita a risolvere tutto! So far so good with the app. I'm going to try out the paid version and will update this review as I gain comfort. Customer service has been great so far.
