I used two of their plugins and they are very easy to use. Even if I only use the most basic functions, the customer service still tries to solve it for me. It deserves five stars, not a lie

I have been using this app as my main email marketing. It's very easy to use and support is always available. Also, I find this is the most cost-effective way to scale with email marketing especially when you compare the price plans vs other competitors.

quite good app for emails notifications as well as shopify notifications , they have extremely good attention and support team especially Candace who always gave me a hand with everything i needed.

I have been using this app for more than a year and I am absolutely happy with all the services. The support is absolutely fantastic and responds in a timely manner. I had Liz for my recent request and she was able to guide me quickly on what was the issue and also what I have to do to solve it.

Contacted support for assistance. Esther provided support very quickly and we were able to remove their branding on our emails, also we have been invited to upgrade our email sending for free. Excellent service.

Jasmine was very quick to respond and helpful in getting the AVA branding removed ASAP from my marketing emails. Unfortunately, my email server (gmail) identified their test emails as spam, which made me concerned about the effectiveness of this app in the future. Jasmine was quick to help and test the website from her end to confirm her email server was not identifying my email as spam. We found out that this occurred because both the sending and receiving email were from the same address, so this should not happen in a real environment.

Got quick help from the support team, Jasmine helped me to resolve and test the abandoned cart flow and suggested the areas where i am missing out some information while setting up the flows. I would really appreciate her support on this.
