Jasmine was very quick to respond and helpful in getting the AVA branding removed ASAP from my marketing emails. Unfortunately, my email server (gmail) identified their test emails as spam, which made me concerned about the effectiveness of this app in the future. Jasmine was quick to help and test the website from her end to confirm her email server was not identifying my email as spam. We found out that this occurred because both the sending and receiving email were from the same address, so this should not happen in a real environment.

The AVADA App for email marketing is great. However if you decide to go for the complete SEO Suit you will really benefit from the this wonderful system. One very beneficial aspect of this email marketing App is their extreemly helpful support. They are always available to provide help through chat. You should feel lucky if you get a lady named Liz on the chat. She knows what she is doing and goes out of way to provide all the support needed for your success in integrating it properly with Google. I am sure the other members of support are also equally competent and good, but our experience has only been with Liz and boy are we delighted to get the support we needed! She is thorough and guide you all the way. Thank you AVADA email marketing for the wonderful App and thank you Liz for all your help. Today on October 08, 2022 I needed some help with redesigning content marketing and Emily was the AVADA representative who came to my rescue. She is also very knowledgeable as well as helpful. Excellent customer service, simple setup and very customisable. Everything you need to set up a detailed abandon cart automation. The SMS is a very interesting addition.
