I had been struggling to integrate a FAQ theme onto my storefront, and despite my best efforts, I couldn't get it to work. Prakash from the help desk went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did he provide clear instructions, but he also took the initiative to collaborate with me through a link, fixing the issue personally. His expertise made the entire process seamless. I'm truly grateful for the outstanding support and exceptional service Prakash provided. Thank you!

Free app. Easy to setup. Looks great on website. what else would I need? Customer support? They are great at it too, especially Esther who was so quick with replies to help me setting it up.

So far the support has been amazing from the team. They respond very quickly and efficiently. Thank you to Hana for her help with a page issue. :) It would be great if there was a feature to customise the URL and more styling options. Everything else works amazing :)

I recommend this app for two reasons: 1: They have 24/7 customer service and their team of dedicated workers are always ready to tackle any challenge you throw at them. Like I asked a question and got a response within seconds. 2: The widget is fully customizable so you can really get it to blend with your store very well. It even looks good in the default version, not a lot of customization needed. If anyone sees this, I would recommend Jasmine as she is what anyone would expect of a customer service rep, she is kind, patient and very calm. Would definitely recommend this app to new and old drop-shippers.
