Just getting started with it, but was trying to avoid setting up the WhatsApp integration (I don't need it). As evident from the other reviews, the customer service was incredible. Hana was helpful, responsive, and solved my problem quickly. Thank you! I look forward to using the rest of the app's capabilities!

Great app so far. Very easy to setup and use. Had some troubles with a translation that did not work well. Contacted support for this. Answered and solved within minutes, great!

The app itself was easy to set up and blended cohesively with my current theme. Tracy helped me eliminate the limitation of the # of questions I could post on the page and as I was working through and had more questions, Emily was able to give me a hand. Both reps were friendly and helpful and the fact that the app is free as well, can't ask for more to be honest!

Good app to start an interactive FAQ page and chat. Jasmine helped me to upgrade to unlimited questions and extra icons. Very easy to work with.

Great app, simple to set up and easy to use. I've only used it for now to set up my faq but I won't hesitate to look at the other products later on. Thanks to the support team and to Liz who are available 24/7 and who helped me solve a problem quickly and with kindness (I appreciated). I would definitely recommend this app.
