This is an absolutely wonderful application, it will definitely help my site and will be very useful for my clients. So far the best support app I have used on Shopify. It has all the features available to support your customers. However, I haven't seen a customer directly chatting with the support, instead, it shows WhatsApp. Recommended!

First time using the app and we had a beautiful help from Jasmine who made us understand the app's functionality better and also assisted us to remove some features our company does not need in swift timing. YOU ARE AMAZING JAMINE. The app still needs some addition features to help make it the best but for now it solves a few of our problem as a company and we highly recommend it.
