This is a very easy app to use and customer support was fast. Jasmine was a great help! I recommend if you need a simple FAQ page that requires little effort.

I haven't used the app so far, has been installed recently. The setup and the design it is easy to handle and seems straight forward for every individual. I believe it is the right product I need. The customer service was a brilliant experience with Aisha while assisting with setting up the app. Definitely recommend Avada. Thanks a lot Aisha, Keep up with great work!

Upon browsing quite a number of app, I think I'm gonna settle with Avada Chat. It has also the FAQ page & Info built-in together with chat. That's makes easier for our customer to get information about our business. Avada support is good & fast. Emily help us to remove the AVADA branding in the widget quickly. Thanks a lot to the team. It is a good FAQ app that helps with simplifying of the FAQ Page. The whole lay-out looks better and the contact app is also great.

I used this app for the first time and I don't think there is a need to use a paid app. This app is free and has all the features I need. And the real-time chat consultant was very friendly. Her name was "Hana".
