This app made my FAQ more professional and easygoing. The customer support from the Avada team is excellent and prompt. Especially, Esther was so helpful and prompt in her support. They always get back as soon as possible. Additionally, they solved my issues from their end without asking me to do many tasks to resolve them. Other features of this app are also helpful, such as Chat. I would recommend other businesses to use this app!

The operation is very convenient, the page is introductory, and the customer service is always online and patiently answers my questions. It's worth considering using it.

This is good with nice UI. Tiana and Maison help me fix the configuring problem, quick response, thank you! I find iphone users can't scroll it down, this is so bad, they fix it for a week and still no solutions.

I was having some minor trouble with my FAQ page fitting in mobile view, I contacted Esther to inform her of the issue, and she was on top of it! Her and Toby fixed this issue in about 3-4 hours, ensuring my website looked the best for my customers. I've paid for apps like this before and didn't receive this kind of support. Thanks again Esther and Toby! If your thinking about adding Avada to your store, don't hesitate to hit the download button, you won't regret it.
