Fast and helpful responses to answer questions. Easy to customize with brand colors and displays FAQs in an organized/user friendly manner. Lydia was very responsive and friendly in helping address my questions.

I used this app to create my own FAQ. It looks very good with an icon at the side of the main subjects. The customer service is also very quick and helpful.
