i was looking for a live chat and FAQ and i found it here. so far i am very happy. Especially the support from Hana was very good!

The support was reachable and responded timely. I would love to shout out Esther, she was amazing I could feel like she was there next to me to solve my problems. Thank you for the quick response and making sure everything has solved!

Je ne connais pas d'autre app équivalente mais je peux dire être entièrement satisfait de celle-ci. Et ce d'autant plus vu le prix ! Mention spéciale à Prakash et Liz qui sont deux personnes avec qui j'ai eu l'occasion d'échanger par mail pour des problème d'apparence et qui ont étés réglés en quelques heure grâce à une réactivité incroyable.

検索ボックスは日本語に対応していないようで、サポートに問い合わせると、すぐに検索ボックスを非表示にしてくれました。対応がとても速く助かりました。 The search box doesn't seem to support Japanese, so when I contacted support, they immediately hid the search box. They were very quick to respond and helpful.

La interfaz es muy fácil de usar, puedes adecuarla a tus necesidades. Y lo mejor de todo es gratis a diferencia de otras apps. Me comuniqué con una asesora llamada Esther, y su ayuda fue magnifica, fue muy amable y cordial. Totalmente satisfecho!
