A really great customer support which helped me immediately with my question. We even got additional FAQ unlocked. The app is also intuitive and easy to use. So far we are very satisfied and can recommend Avada without reservation! Thanks also to Jasmine and the incredibly great (and fast) support!

Great app to create and style your FAQ page. Where other apps want money for more categories, icons and stuff, this app just unlocks it with the help of their nice and helpful staff, in my case Lydia. I would definitely recommend.

So far so good. Just installed it and worked on the settings and setup and had some issues which I got help with from the support. It was quick connection with the agent and great communication and support. Good job.

Hallyfe was able to answer my inquiry within a couple of minutes, great support. I've only just installed the app so I can't talk too much about it yet but from what I see so far, I should be able to build a pretty good FAQ page, which is all I wanted.

The app very well and is helpful for our store. We changed our theme and the FAQ page disappeared, howere after sending a message to their support the issue was solved in 5 minutes by their developers. Thanks Jasmine and Anivia for the help.

Belle application. Le service client est bon, Hana fait parti de l'une d'elles, réponses rapides. Cependant, l'application ne prend pas en compte un chat intégré, j'aurais aimé que ce soit le cas.
