Hi, ich habe die App noch nicht lange, daher kann ich noch nicht viel sagen, da ich diese noch teste. Der Kundenservice ist 1A und danke auch an Tony, der sofort reagiert hat und ich konnte innerhalb von 1 Minute weiterarbeiten. Ich brauchte noch ein Icon für mein Loyality Programm in den FAQs. Tony hat prompt geantwortet. Danke und eine Bewertung der App wird folgen, sobald ich alles eingerichtet habe und getestet habe. Ich empfehle den netten Kundenservice und bin gespannt, was ich noch alles mit der App machen kann und wie es von den Kunden angenommen wird. Bis zur nächsten Rezension! Ich wünsche allen ein schönes neues Jahr!

Liz, is a great asset to AVADA. Replied very quickly and solved the issues i was having. She has removed the "Powered by Avada" label on the bottom of the FAQs page and also fixed the page style to be fitting my theme.

Well what can I say. This is my 5th app I've added with Avada and I've gotten nothing less than the best from the Avada Apps and the support team. If you're having trouble making a FAQ page or just would like an easy layout to match your website with FAQs then this is the app for you. Also, if you want a live chat bot where anyone can contact you at anytime on your website look no further. This app along with the other Avada apps I've added has increased my stores capability 10 fold. I give Avada and their support team a 10 out of 5 stars. I want to especially want to thank Liz and Prakash. They both helped me immediately, as Avada support team does not leave you waiting for help. They both helped greatly and again I want to thank them and with their help the set up was faster than writing this review. I would like to thank all of Avada support, besides Avada providing excellent Apps for your website, the superior support is what has made me continue to use Avada's Apps without hesitation. As i know if I can't figure something out or need help they'll have it fixed before i look what's been done. I highly recommend Avada as a whole! All Avada's apps as well as this one! Thank you Avada and your support group for helping me make my website what I wanted it to be!

Abby from Avada provided Tiny Goat Small Batch Coffee Roasters (trytinygoat.com) with EXCELLENT tech support! She quickly increased the text size of our FAQs. Now we can all sleep at night knowing our customers can easily read our FAQs which is something that was (and still is) very important to us : ) Thank you Abby!
