My customer service agent, Prakash, was VERY helpful in getting me setup on this app. He was attentive and very nice! The app has been super easy to use so far. I'm already impressed with the customer service and with the app itself! 5 STARS!!

I used this app for the FAQ section of my site caronico.net. The team behind the FAQ app are very helpful and they are always available. I recommend the app to anyone who needs an FAQ section on their site. Liz is especially helpful.

This integrated FAQ, Desk-help/Chat app is brilliant at the many tasks it does, Brilliant app and well thought-out design. It really enhances customer and web-store transparency and communication tasks all in one place. The fact this app allows a web-store to present commonly asked FAQ's up-front make this app great. Clean, simple and brilliant well thought-out design. Customer support Abby was friendly and kind to help with questions I had to get the job done :). The setup also is straight forward to handle, and has more options to add to the FAQ if needed. Great app Avada friends! Thanks for such an app. I am happy with it. :)
