Thank you so much to the wonderful team at Avada, especially Esther, Sunny, Tony, Prakash and Jasmine who worked quickly to improve our invoices for us. The customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Avada.

Very helpful and quick service from Esther, especially considering we are only using a trial version of the app for now, would recommend!

Le service technique est tres performant, merci! la facture est presque parfaite. Ce n'était pas évident car la base Shopify est inadaptée au systèmes français. Merci Sunny

Es la única aplicación que te permite configurar bien los impuestos, te permite enviar una copia al contador por cada pedido y así hacer más automática la facturación. He pasado por muchas aplicaciones de facturas, pero AVADA es la mejor ya que te permite todo. El soporte técnico es rápido y muy eficiente. Sin duda la mejor aplicación de facturas.

Started using this app today and installation was quick and easy with Emily's help from the support team! She patiently and amicably walked me through the invoice email instructions and helped install the code via Shopify. Thanks Emily!

Really happy with the whole customer service experience. We have been using Avada for a couple of years without any problems at all or need to contact them. However, just recently, I needed the totals on the invoices set up in a specific way for UK to EU sales (IOSS Compliancy) and Avada were able to help me with this quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Avada for all your customer invoicing requirements.

Muy buena experiencia, la facilidad para personalizar nuestras facturas fue increible. Y cuando tuve un problema para hacer presupuestos (lo que la aplicacion de Shopify Printer no te permite) el servicio tecnico resolvio el problema en al dia. Dejando el template de Presupuestos exactamente como lo queria

I required assistance due to having a “502 error”, making me unable to print orders or invoices. I got onto customer support and Esther and Gideon were extremely polite and helpful. They have me back up and running within 30 mins. I’m very appreciative and will continue to use Avada for all my ordering/invoicing needs.

We have been testing this app for near a month and they support is just superb and very quick and pleasant. they try their best to understand customer needs and propose a solution for it. Lydia was my support agent and Tech guy "Tony" was dev who solved my problem. Jasmine and Esther also helped tremendously. I whole heartily approve of this app.
