Emily ;iaised back and force between us and the dev team until we got the perfect template. I highly recommend Avada.

Assistance available 24/7 and very kind and efficient to help you solve your issue. Easy to use to edit your invoice but also to save it on a drive which is very useful to have it safe automatically.

i had to contact the support department as the templates we use were not compatible with our printer and were chopping line off the print. Sunny and Abby were superb and go the templates udated

Unprofessional technical support. Days of processing for simple tasks and requests with no specific deadlines. Quick answer only by automated support messages. Overanked from a Shopify developer experience in 3 stores. And more than 8 months of usage.

Excellent service provided by AVADA, nothing is ever too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
