Worked for a bit but very little customization. When trying to create an orders template it kept bringing up an error and the support team was unable to help since they are overseas and it is a 12 hour difference. I found a cheaper and easier to use app that has a lot more customization.

Bonjour, Service rapide et efficace de l'équipe technique, Abby qui m'a dépannée est très professionnelle. Ce qui me pose problème, c'est que tout est en anglais et rien n'est traduit en français... ce qui manque le plus est une vidéo sur la configuration des factures en français, je n'ai rien compris et je ne suis pas sûr d'avoir pu apporter les modifications adéquates. We have been using Avada already for a while, but now with the new EU e-commerce tax laws, we need to show the different tax rates on the invoice. So each country has a different tax rate for our products and another rate for the shipping costs. I contacted support and Tony from Avada was able to help me. He went into my template and set it up correctly and now our invoices are exactly the way we need the, The customer support was amazing. I truly recommend Tony and kudos to Avada for great customer support.

Muy buen servicio, Tony es un crack. Los templates estan muy bien pero falta adaptar cosas que no funcionan igual en todos los paises. Tony me lo adapto todo al milimetro, muchas gracias!

We have recently started to use the app for documentation/accounting purposes and has made several adjustments to the template to meet our needs. The team of support personnel is very responsive, and a great help. I had help from 4-5 team members in one day, as I had a few questions. Looking forward to using this app.

Good functionality, very quick and pleasant support by Jasmine. Some minor template issues could be temporarily solved within the hour. Permanent fix will be included in next update.

Good handy app for every seller. I primarily needed it for automatically emailing invoices. Abby solved my problem quickly and I decided to upgrade.

I used this to create an invoice. Couldn't figure some of it out so Emily helped me with it and had no issues. I hope the free version remains forever it's very handy for smaller sized businesses who don't need that many invoices.
