J'ai eu recours au support avada et j'ai été en contact avec Esther qui a toujours été très réactive ! Merci à elle :) Nos demandes ont bien été transmises à chaque fois, mais les équipes techniques oubliaient de temps à autres quelques détails concernant nos demandes. Des retours étaient nécessaires, mais dans l'ensemble tout s'est assez bien déroulé

We were searching for a easy to integrate invoice app for our store. Once I discovered AVADA there's no turning back since we're running their other apps on our store which is working perfectly fine for us. Hana was there with us to help and sort out initial hiccups to start out.

Worked for a bit but very little customization. When trying to create an orders template it kept bringing up an error and the support team was unable to help since they are overseas and it is a 12 hour difference. I found a cheaper and easier to use app that has a lot more customization.

We have been using Avada already for a while, but now with the new EU e-commerce tax laws, we need to show the different tax rates on the invoice. So each country has a different tax rate for our products and another rate for the shipping costs. I contacted support and Tony from Avada was able to help me. He went into my template and set it up correctly and now our invoices are exactly the way we need the, The customer support was amazing. I truly recommend Tony and kudos to Avada for great customer support.
