I required assistance due to having a “502 error”, making me unable to print orders or invoices. I got onto customer support and Esther and Gideon were extremely polite and helpful. They have me back up and running within 30 mins. I’m very appreciative and will continue to use Avada for all my ordering/invoicing needs.

Top application, very useful and top support. I had a problem with the template and Abby helped to get solved very fast!

We have been testing this app for near a month and they support is just superb and very quick and pleasant. they try their best to understand customer needs and propose a solution for it. Lydia was my support agent and Tech guy "Tony" was dev who solved my problem. Jasmine and Esther also helped tremendously. I whole heartily approve of this app.

Très bon SAV Hana à été très à l'écoute et réactive pour régler un problème sur le formulaire. Merci Hana

We needed help updating our invoice template and Arthur from support sorted it out quickly.

Easy to use and fulfil the need of label and invoice printing. Customer support chat bot is always there to solve any issue. Highly recommended.

Chat function is always available. I have over four people jump in and help me even coming back the next day to open the conversations again. The developer assisted me to fix a problem that was not even related to Avada in the end. They were very patient. We started our store with AVADA and are very happy to continue with them.

AVADA is very easy to use and useful for my store. The attention of the support is fast and very effective. I recommend it. Thanks, team! :)
