I was so frustrated to customize the invoice at our end, in the beginning. then The lovely team staff Jasmine and Fennic step in and provide wonderful assistance in an efficient timer manner. now everything is all fixed. The best customer service team I have ever seen. AVADA is the app you must have

I love the app. It does everything I need. I can set up the look of invoices the way i want. I can add a logo in it. I can export all invoices from filters for specific dates, or other filters. SO for now I love everything about it :) Fennic is the one that helped me in the app chat. thanks

We have been using this app for the past 3 months. Its easy and does the job! My customers have the flexibility to download their invoices on the go and this is certainly a time saver. Their support is top notch and we had the privilege to have Fennic supporting us on some issues and he had everything up and ready almost instantly. Thank you so much! Very happy with this app. When we started using AVA, we had some issues with our template not printing correctly after making some modifications and the team were very helpful in fixing this for us. Whenever we've since had issues I've reached out via instant chat and get a quick response and resolution. Thanks Roger for your most recent assistance!

Ik heb een proefperiode voor deze app afgesloten, maar deze na een paar dagen stopgezet. Ondanks dat ik op het einde van de periode zeer goed ben geholpen door medewerkster Rainy, werk ik niet meer met deze app om de volgende redenen: - support alleen per email bereikbaar. (In de periode van implementatie is dat niet wenselijk). - trage reactie van support (ingegeven door mondiale tijdzones) - onvoldoende antwoord op mijn implementatie vragen - begeleidende email is niet naar eigen inzicht in te regelen: zo is het niet mogelijk om paragrafen te creëren, alle tekst wordt 'plat' achter elkaar weergegeven.
Hi Koen, Rainy here from AVADA support. First of all, I am sorry for the experience you've gone through. Maybe our support member misunderstood your questions so she couldn't explain it well. About the test email you sent, it is in our default language. If you choose the language of email the same as billing language, then when sending out real email (you can place draft order to check this), it will show the correct language as you set up. So basically there is no issue here. Next, you want to edit the email template more flexibly, right? I am sorry currently we support basic template editor. For more powerful email editor tool (like drag/drop or HTML), we suggest you integrate with AVADA Marketing Automation app. This app will handle all automation and marketing emails for you, include PDF invoice emails. I installed this app to generate packing list and invoice. The invoice and packing list look amazing and professional. I submitted a ticket and it was resolved right away. Great customer support!
