This app makes it super easy for customers (especially B2B) to easily download a PDF copy of their invoice directly from their order confirmation. When I needed to have the company name of customers added to the invoice template, the developer promptly responded and made that change for me. Thanks for helping me streamline my business with this app!

I have tried almost all of the invoice creator applications and none of them offers the same functionality (invoice mail automation), template selection, or the same quality of support.

I wanted to change the default print template. Couldn't figure out how to do it through the app, so I reached out to customer support. Within an hour or two, they sent over a revised version, asked if it was what I needed. It was mostly perfect, with one item still needing to be changed. In less than 12 hours from the time I reached out, they had resolved my problem and made changes to my default template for me. This was great! Not just sending a link to "here's how to do what you need." But rather they actually did it for me. Thanks!

This app helped me to set up packaging slips and invoices and also automatically sent the documents to the right persons. Customizing templates is pretty easy. When harder (like code-related stuff) I can always contact the helpdesk. The people of Avada are always in stand-by to help me out and fix my code related issues. Very glad I've chosen for Avada. Really recommend it!

Once again I needed a small change... I needed a margin added to the top of my page so that two page invoices printed properly. Toby and Melody fixed it for me in minutes! Other apps tell me how to do it. Melody and Toby just fixed it for me. I love the support from this App. I have a lot of apps and this company is the best for support!
