Mijn winkel ging wat traag en moest geoptimaliseerd worden alleen de speed up boost was niet genoeg. Kwam ik achter dat de Schema niet goed ging moest in de code gefixt worden en H1 tag moest ook en nog wat dingen. Ze reageren best snel en helpen je goed door heen als je het zelf kan doen zo niet kijken ze wat voor je kunnen betekenen om je te helpen. Al met al goed service tot nu. Gebruik het nu zo een week en voor nu heel tevreden met de tijd kan ik meer over zeggen.

I am very new to the e-commerce world, and it has been a steep learning curve. I am still learning the ins and outs of this app, but whenever I run into an issue, the customer service is very prompt and helpful!

The support team for Avada is excellent! Viola and Christian walked me through each step to get my issues resolved. I can't praise them enough for holding my hand and helping me.

Decent so far, the support agent Brian was very helpful and kind. The free version is pretty limited, but enough for some basic optimizations.

avada is a bit tricky to navigate, but once you get used to where everything is, its more understandable, and the chat with Tobias was very helpful
