avada is a bit tricky to navigate, but once you get used to where everything is, its more understandable, and the chat with Tobias was very helpful

Pretty good, customer support is always great, however the pricing may not be ideal for people just starting. Great app though!

I’ve had a great experience using the Avada app on my Shopify store. It’s user-friendly, feature-rich, and helps streamline a lot of customization tasks, especially around theme and SEO adjustments. What made my experience even better was the amazing support from Nim. She was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I had an issue related to schema on my store, and Nim guided me step by step until it was resolved. Her support was not only professional but also very reassuring. Highly recommend both the app and the support team—especially Nim!

it is a great app really helpful and their customer support is so great i had talked to one of their customer support member judy she was so kind and explained me everything about the backlinks checked my website if it was indexed or not and also told me what are the necessary steps i can take to improve my SEO! judy thank you so much once again

Great Support – Helpful App The support team is great! Tiana helped me very quickly and in a professional way. The app itself is good for SEO, but the free plan is quite limited, only 5 pages can be optimized. Still, a solid option if you're just starting out.
