I can't recommend Avada SEO enough! I was running into some tricky issues with my Google Sitemap and wasn't sure how to fix them. I reached out to their support team, and they were super helpful and responsive. They quickly identified the problem and guided me through the solution. If you need an SEO app with a team that actually cares, this is the one. 5/5 stars!

Apps works very good, support is excellent and super fast. Had a problem with adding the faq block to the theme and Ricky from support helped me out in a few minutes.

I was stuck on a few things on my Shopify product page and had been trying to figure them out for a while. I eventually reached out to the team (Brain) and they resolved everything within minutes. Their communication was efficient, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Whenever I didn’t understand something, they explained it in a different, simpler way. I highly recommend them.

The dev team was extremely helpful and responsive. They identified and fixed the page speed issue on my rewards page, and the improvement is noticeable immediately. The page now loads much faster, with only a slight delay as it fully renders from the footer — which I understand is related to overall page structure, not the app itself. I really appreciate their clear communication, efficiency and willingness to look at the issue thoroughly instead of offering a generic fix. Overall, a great support experience. I value realistic solutions over promises, and the team was transparent and professional throughout the process.
