Five stars for the support team alone! I was facing my website speed problem on my store, and the Avada team was on it immediately. They were professional, fast, and didn't stop until the issue was completely resolved. It's rare to find an app where the developers actually care about your individual success. The app itself is powerful and feature-rich, but the peace of mind knowing they have your back is the real winner here. Specifically Penelope for her response to me and acknowledging the real issue.
