Je suis amené à laisser une note de 1 malgré ma nature positive. En effet après un rendez-vous oublié par vous et un second annulé la veille. Du coup cela fait deux semaines d'attente inutile. Deux semaines d'attente pour rien en terme de SEO est simplement inacceptable.

Nous pensons qu'il s'agit d'un malentendu, car nous vous avons envoyé 3 emails pour vous guider à réserver une démonstration via le lien correct, mais vous avez continué à utiliser l'ancien lien. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous sommes heureux que vous ayez finalement eu une session avec notre chef de produit. Après cet appel, il vous a envoyé 2 emails de suivi, mais nous n'avons pas encore reçu de réponse de votre part. Nous espérons pouvoir régler cela rapidement et efficacement. I had a technical issue shortly after installing the app. As it was a Saturday I wasn't expecting a response when I contacted support. However Pamela came back to me within a minute. She walked me though the problem, I sent some screenshots. 10 mins later their Tech Wizz kid Gideon had solved the problem and everything was back up and running again. Great service from Pamela and Gideon, a real credit to Avada. Thanks Paul
