Great app overall, SEO audits provide a friendly score which assists in selecting which pages/elements of pages need to be optimised. We have had many support sessions over the past few weeks whilst making changes to our store and the customer support has been excellent. Wait times have always been minimal and the issue/question has been sorted every time. Our most recent issue regarding .jpg to .webp conversion was sorted within 20 minutes by Ricky on live chat.

Really great app, easy to use and quite helpful in terms of understanding SEO. Support has also been fantastic, taking over issues that I can't quite understand and working on them straight away. Big shout out to Penelope for all your effort fixing my shop's loading speed. Very much appreciated!

Avada app has been very comprehensive and helpful in identifying areas to improve our website. the support from people like Penelope and others has been very quick and responsive. It has been good to have support prompts identifying areas to look at like speed issues. I will keep working through the proposed changes and hope to see improvements in speed and SEO scores, so far all good.

I must say that I am amazed every time again with the speed of response and resolution of issues. Surely have seen a number of issues resolved by Lydia and Andrew resulting in the SEO suite working as it should.
