It was very good. First, you actually get a human and not an AI driven loop that can only handle the most basic questions. Second, Kevin was a good communicator and understood my issues. I am pleased with the app to a large extent because it is well supported by capable people.

I am still in trial mode, but so far the results have been awesome. Additionally, support seems to be on the ball and even helping out within the team to improve things. Abby did some great support for me! I recommend this App and service for anyone with ambitions to grow their fanbase and SEO.

I recently tested Avada-SEO to manage my Google Schema. Eventually I decided to use a different solution and uninstall Avada again. (Now I still have code left that blocks the correct execution of Schema in the new solution. Now I need to hire a developer to clean up my theme's code. UPDATE: Avada support contacted me and offered a cleanup, which was completed within a day. After the cleanup, my schema is displaying as expected and I was able to delete the local schema settings as my company is not eligible for it. Certainly it's not smart to enable a schema you're not eligible for, but it's also not smart to keep code that blocks updating schema using another solution. - The troubleshooting took 12 days, required another developer to locate the bug, and also caused a block on my Google Merchant Center. - Please take some time to revise your uninstall routine.

I honestly think that this app made my site worse. I saw my mobile page load score go all the way to a 13. Since attempting to have them remove their app from my store I have been seeing gains in site speed. Could be a coincidence, because I have been working my self to death around the clock to fix all the issues. Then there's the chat, really great customer service. Attentive and very helpful. Except that I had requested to downgrade my service prior to the charges they were about to bill and now I have requested 3 times to have my plan downgraded and the code removed and i haven't been able to get anywhere with them. Update: The customer service team has been fantastic, they have been more than helpful and accommodating my requests. I am still not certain what made my page load speeds plummet so drastically,but either way, their customer support team is fantastic and helpful, and they all deserve a raise or holiday bonus :) Thank you to Esther and all the other wonderful ladies who helped me with all my needs you are truly appreciated.
