Great, the support coulnd't wait for me to write a review before doing anything. let me spare u some time. This app Created sitemap in the pages section? NOT needed. Shopify already have sitemap.... I waited 1,5 hour for image optimizasation. nothing happend. all my images is same size. even my product images stayed the same. dont waste your time.

Regarding the HTML sitemap, the HTML sitemap pages created in the "Pages" section are only generated when you enable the HTML sitemap feature in the app. They are not created automatically. While Shopify does have a built-in XML sitemap, our feature provides an additional HTML sitemap for enhanced navigation. We hope the above explanations clarify your doubts. the WORST app I have ever used. They completely changed the code in my store without my permission and ruined everything I did, they also charged me for an entire year upfront and now are giving me a hard time getting my refund. I told them I will be initiating a chargeback. UPDATE JUNE 30TH: LAST NIGHT AROUND MIDNIGHT SOMEONE FROM THIS APP KEPT USING MY CHAT ON MY STORE TO TRY AND GET ME TO EDIT MY REVIEW. THIS WAS GOING ON AT MIDNIGHT MY TIME. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE COMPLETE UNPROFESSIONALISM FROM THE STAFF TO DO THIS TO SOMEONE. I HAD TO BLOCK THE CHAT. You were fully informed of this process as you gave us the collaborator request code and approved our collaborator access request. We have the chat history to substantiate this. Therefore, the assertion that we made changes without your consent is not accurate. 2. Impact on your live store: As previously discussed, the speed optimization was performed on a duplicate theme and did not affect your live website. Furthermore, the issues you reported were not found when we checked your website immediately after your report. It is highly unreasonable that changes made to a duplicate theme, which was never published, could affect your live site. 3. Annual Charge: It is standard practice for Shopify apps with recurring subscriptions to charge for the full cycle, even if the app is used for a short duration. This policy is common across Shopify and familiar to long-term users. In your case, the charge was for a yearly plan, which you subscribed to. 4. Bad support. Basically has an inbetween person before you get to anyone technical. If your support isn't the most basic question that can be found in the docs, it extremely frustrating.

Does not work. Slowed down the site. So many issues. They also charged me for the annual plan after I selected monthly and will not reverse the charge. Support is awful.

Je suis amené à laisser une note de 1 malgré ma nature positive. En effet après un rendez-vous oublié par vous et un second annulé la veille. Du coup cela fait deux semaines d'attente inutile. Deux semaines d'attente pour rien en terme de SEO est simplement inacceptable.

You google search result will crash suddenly after install the app. They provide no help at all. Absolutely Useless. What make me leave this review is that I paid $348 annually and they downgraded me to free plan with on reason. what?

Support is excellent but the app was not helpful. Initially our Page Speed was as high as 60 for the mobile version our site but later it fell to 27. We contacted them and they made a few changes here and there but could not take it beyond 40. We were told to remove certain apps and removed the non-essential ones but didn't make much of a difference. I am thankful to Emily and her team for all the help and support, but we can't keep continue to pay for an app that doesn't works.

My speed score plummeted over 10 points after I installed this app. When I told this to support they answered that their "speed up features are only available on paid plan". I didn't need speed up features before this.

App is not that easy to use. Support is very slow and almost sometimes never responding. it has been 2 weeks now where I cannot use the app or login to make any edits or changes. I emailed and contacted them several times and go no response. I have been wasting money now on this app for so long. I would not recommend it.

It seemed to slow down my page speed scores but the bigger problem is now I'm having to take time to manually remove leftover code that wasn't removed by the uninstall function. Now I have to figure out how to remove this line of code: Liquid error (layout/theme line 8): Could not find asset snippets/avada-seo.liquid

I initially tried a different Avada app and was disappointed, but decided to give the company another shot. Initially, things seemed promising, but then my website's speed scores plummeted to below 30%. When I reached out for support, they requested access to my store and attributed the issue to changes in Google's speed policies. Despite claiming to work on the issue for over a month, there was no improvement, and they continued to blame Google. Moreover, they never took the initiative to contact me unless I reached out first. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Avada products. The service was lacking, to say the least. ps: I have used this app more than 3 months, but they asked me to remove it before removing the code.

This app is a waste of money. It doesn't work as described, it duplicated photos of products, and my website is not faster and optimised. I asked for help many many times, no solutions, no answer at all! Be aware!

Using this application for more than a year. Until now everything worked perfect but on the beginning of 2024 the application started doing too many troubles. For the last 4 months I have spent too many times and money because of the application bugs, and it made me tired and feel fucked up. The last update of the application is the worst I ever saw. Nothing works and even while I tried to make customized changes and upgrade to the entrepreneurship plan for almost 100$ monthly - too many functions are not working, and application is not performing at all. Must mention that except for the money i lost for the subscription, except for the time I lost for trying to fix those bugs with the support - the application broken our site at all. The whole theme lost.
