Customer service has been great. Lang was very helpful with answering my questions and even gave me some tips on finding solutions outside of Avada. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to help.

Tiana, from Avada was exceptional. Great level customer service and very knowledgeable. Tiana is one of the few conscious people that take their job seriously and really are there to help the client and therefore the Avada brand benefits from having elements like her working for them.

This is one of the best apps to use. Even if you don't have technical knowledge of what the seo is, you can still fix the problems you face. In addition, they have an excellent customer support that respond efficiently and quickly.

Top ervaring met AVADA SEO – en geweldige hulp van Ricky!" Sinds ik de AVADA SEO app op mijn Shopify-webshop heb geïnstalleerd, merk ik direct verschil. De app helpt mij om mijn SEO-teksten, meta-tags en afbeeldingen eenvoudig te optimaliseren. Alles is overzichtelijk en duidelijk, zelfs als je geen SEO-expert bent. Wat mij vooral opviel is de goede support. Ik had wat vragen over de installatie en instellingen, en daarbij werd ik perfect geholpen door Ricky van het AVADA team. Hij nam de tijd om alles stap voor stap uit te leggen, en hielp zelfs met de eerste instellingen zodat ik meteen goed van start kon. Dankzij AVADA SEO staat mijn webshop nu beter in Google, en hoef ik me minder zorgen te maken over technische SEO-zaken. Kortom: aanrader voor elke Shopify ondernemer die serieus met SEO aan de slag wil gaan!
