Very good SEO suite, and responsive and friendly technical support. Be aware that after updating your theme, you will need to republish Avada from the settings menu and check that everything is working via meta tag validators. I had duplicate meta tags, some coming from my Dawn theme and some coming from Avada. If you have this, simply remove the meta-tag render line in your theme.liquid and retest.

I just installed the app and I am not tech savvy so I HAD to seek help with making sure it installed onto my store properly. Sunny and her co-worker Gideon helped with making sure the things that needed to be fixed either they handled or she gave me instructions. I noticed immediate traffic so I also installed a bot protection, I'm sure if this is a coincidence or not so I will give each application so time.

So far so good, just installed the Avada application and had great support (from Ester). Looking forward what the 14 day trail will bring to our sales !

Die Speed wurde verbessert. Der Score war deutlich besser als vorher. Zusätzlich wurden noch 404-Fehler erkannt und waren leicht zu beheben. Lazy-loading ist auch dabei.

Great customer support, after running the SEO check it found some problems but I didn't knew how to solve them so I contacted customer support. Got in contact with Juliana. She helped me with the problem and solved it together. Everythings works smooth and great now!

Hana, the agent I worked with, was extremely responsive and provided prompt assistance throughout our communication. Despite not achieving the desired outcome in terms of improving the speed of our product page, Hana's dedication and willingness to help deserve recognition. Although the app couldn't fully address our specific needs, I appreciate their overall customer service and support.

I would like to update my review. Although its quite unfortunate that the app did not resolve the speed issue, in spite all the best efforts however, the AVADA team did everything in there control to help us out. They even did the re-coding of certain sections of website and tried to get rid of all unwanted codes and apps which were slowing it down but sadly it could only improve like 5%. I am not sure if the app does not work just on our website or anyone else too. However, I would really like to give a big thanks to their support team including Daisy and Thomas for helping us out therefore I am revising the stars rating for their eagerness to help. Thank you Daisy for the refund. I request AVADA to please look at the real issue so that others dont have to face the same situation. All the best! ______________ Feel cheated. We upgraded to pro and enabled many of their fancy features but no improvement as claimed. Have written to their customer support, waiting for help. will update if anything changes. Thanks!
