We are very satisfied with Avada SEO so far. It helps us with most of our basic SEO work. We recently had an issue due to an update, and Hana and Anvia quickly responded and helped us with the issue. This was really helpful to us due to an ongoing campaign. Getting this kind of quick support is not that common nowdays, and it makes the investment worth every penny.

Worth every penny and worth the amount of time saved. I've had great luck with all the support team at Avada and have helped me 100 fold. Thank you Mia and Liz and others for helping me understand more about SEO, and how things work. App is a breeze to use and learn.

Amazing tool! Accuratley shows SEO and gives you the option to contact the team if their tool cant solve it. Prakash is AMAZING!! He went above and beyond and raised a problem with SEO in my theme to the tech team! He is very fast and very profesional. I recommend this app, and Prakash is AMAZING!

Besides being a great app and tool for fixing your SEO issues, the customer service is unmatched. They respond right away and fix whatever they possibly can. Highly recommended. Charles is the best!

Bad support. Basically has an inbetween person before you get to anyone technical. If your support isn't the most basic question that can be found in the docs, it extremely frustrating.
