Avada makes it easier to get your SEO dialed in. As someone who has been working in SEO for over 10 years, Avada streamlines my job, making it easier for me to make changes and see improvement in our search results. Judy and Toby were great when we contacted their chat support and took care of my question right away. Very responsive and easy to work with, highly recommend!

I’ve been using this SEO app for a while now, and I’m really impressed with how it helps optimize my site. The features are user-friendly, and I’ve already seen an improvement in my search engine rankings. What really stands out, though, is the customer support. Lang was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions with great detail. Every time I needed assistance, Lang was quick to respond and made sure I understood everything clearly. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to boost their SEO!

The Avada SEO app is super easy to use and has really helped improve my store's search rankings. Features like bulk editing and image optimization are great. The support team is fantastic – big thanks to Lydia for her quick and helpful assistance! Highly recommend!

The app itself has a lot of great tools built into it and they are very intuitive. The other thing that I like about this app is their support. They have a chat support agent on duty 24/7 and they respond usually within 60 seconds. If they aren't able to personally fix something, they escalate to another team who seem to get onto it immediately. The few times I have had to get help from their higher tiered support, I will let them know the issue, go to bed and when I wake up the next morning, it was fixed within a few hours or less of the request. Generally the chat support is able to fix things right on the spot in a few minutes. They really deserve 6 stars. I have the Pro Plan and I feel it is worth the reasonable cost.
