I have had a great experience with all Avada apps. I've recently needed to downgrade services for my business and was thrilled to find a free app that could hopefully help my site get more traffic. During set up, I had an issue with page loading and Christian with support provided immediate help. He was quick & knowledgeable. I am eager to see how my site does with this new happy and happy to know that fantastic support is available!

Avada is a great app honestly i use it for 3 of my stores , the app is simple and easy to use and makes SEO ranking actually enjoyable , i also want to thank Ricky for helping me out especially for giving me some extra free SEO audits! he is a life saver! i would recommend this app 10/10!

What a great experience. Definitely recommend the app to anyone who is struggling with speed and support. Support really walks you through every single step if needed. Ricky had been amazing with helping at each and every step. Helped me with all codes correction, questions and answers for 40 minutes, and also got me a high end developer fix the issues which my website really needed. Really appreciate your help Ricky !!! Keep up the great work !! Really deserves a great raise !

I reached out to customer support not expecting much, but Tiana completely changed that. She was patient, clear, and actually listened to what I needed. No scripted replies, no runaround. She understood my issue right away and walked me through the solution step by step. If you ever get Tiana on your case, consider yourself lucky. She is the reason I will keep coming back to this App.
