My experience with Avada was just brilliant! The support team (especially Christian) helped me right from the beginning fixing a very specialized Google SEO problem I had with my store. So far so good. Only downloaded a few days ago but it's a very self explanatory app and I'm making changes which appear to be improving the site, according to Avada. Not sure yet if Google will rank me better! But most of all the help staff (like Penelope) are very warm and helpful.

I contacted Avada support this afternoon regarding an issue with missing FAQ's showing on product pages. Mia and Ricky were extremely helpful and very quick (within a few minutes) in resolving this issue for me. They checked my settings and pointed me in the right direction to fix it. It was all explained very well to me and all my questions were answered. They sent screenshots for clarity too. Excellent service. Thank you so much!
