This app is one of the best SEO tools I’ve used—powerful, user-friendly, and incredibly effective for optimizing my website. What really stands out is their excellent customer service. Ricky, Max, and the team are responsive, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to help. Whenever I had questions, they provided clear, quick solutions with a personal touch. I just purchased the app a few minutes ago and I had a few questions. Ricky was available in 30 seconds or less and the support he gave me was amazing. I can already see I made the right choice with Avada SEO and Image Optimizer. I can't wait to see what this app can do for us.
Avada is such a great tool for optimizing your SEO. The tool works great, and we see better results every week. I had a question, so I started a chat with Penelope. She helped me immediately, and within one minute, my problem was solved. She also assisted me with other matters and answered my questions clearly and thoroughly. In short, a top company with excellent support!

Although it was a challenging start with Avada, the team worked closely with me to resolve issues and have since been great collaborators on other changes. Their responsiveness and willingness to support ongoing improvements have been appreciated, and I’m hopeful that performance can still be optimized in future updates.

I have experimented with several SEO optimization apps for our clinic's ecommerce site www.mEYEspa.com. I feel the app's name 'Avada SEO Image Optimizer' undersells how useful and intuitive this app is for helping all SEO factors - e.g. targeting keywords and maximize site speed. Great actionable coaching from the app and support when you need more depth. (Nim and Ricky were great to help clarify some syntax around custom variables for Meta descriptions). Site is far better, faster and optimized post app use. Thx

This tool seems unfinished and lacks lot of SEO feature. The APP ruined several features on my site, and there was no way back of reverting the issues myself. Support help me. But I do not recommend this APP

Regarding the missing features, Avada offers multiple SEO tools including SEO Audit, Structured Data, Meta Tags, and more. We'd love to know which specific features you were looking for so we can continue to improve. As for the issues caused by the Speed Up feature, allow me to clarify. When using our optimization service, we offer two options: applying the changes to a duplicate theme or directly to your live theme. Using a duplicate theme helps prevent unexpected issues, especially when third-party apps are integrated. It's always safest to run the speed-up process on a duplicate theme. Our technical support team is also ready to assist and ensure all features work smoothly with your theme — all you need to do is let us know. Please rest assured that any changes made through the app can normally be reversed by simply deactivating the features. In your case, our team took an extra step to manually remove all optimization code from your theme to be extra cautious, which took a bit more time. We’d be happy to help you get the most out of the app — feel free to reinstall it and we’ll set everything up seamlessly for you.
