I didn't look up many apps, but I'm using them because they're the most intuitive. And I'm very happy that my kind friend Penelop responded quickly when I wasn't solving the problem. I have only started using this app and so far it seems pretty good. Issues have a description of what it might be, but also a contact button for the team to support. That said, the support I got from Penelope was instant and cheerful. Hopefully the good experience continues.
