Diese App ist das Beste, was mir die letzten Monate passiert ist. Ich kann jetzt einige teure Apps kündigen, die durch Avada perfekt ersetzt werden. Nicht nur ersetzt, es ist sogar noch besser, weil der Livesupport jederzeit erreichbar ist und man nicht auf meterlange Hilfstexte verwiesen wird. Wer so wie ich, etwas hilflos unterwegs ist mit der ganzen Thematik, ist hier wirklich gut bedient.

The app itself has a lot of great tools built into it and they are very intuitive. The other thing that I like about this app is their support. They have a chat support agent on duty 24/7 and they respond usually within 60 seconds. If they aren't able to personally fix something, they escalate to another team who seem to get onto it immediately. The few times I have had to get help from their higher tiered support, I will let them know the issue, go to bed and when I wake up the next morning, it was fixed within a few hours or less of the request. Generally the chat support is able to fix things right on the spot in a few minutes. They really deserve 6 stars. I have the Pro Plan and I feel it is worth the reasonable cost.
