What I love about Avada is the 24/7 customer support that really works, someone is always there to work with me and answer my questions! I've been using the app for about half a year, during that time I've had several app incompatibilities and issues that need to be fixed but I've spoken to several members of the support team and they've all been nice and helpful (most recently Christian and Toby) and when I have a difficult question the back office is also helpful. The app is constantly being improved, so as time goes on you get more value for your money. The app has a built-in page where users can indicate their needs and vote on the ideas already posted , which are visibly listened to and implemented, which is very positive.
