Great app, really pleased with it so far. Looks to be a good way of keeping on top of SEO work in a clear, straightforward way. Tiana and Tony in customer support have been great getting SEO elements up and running, thank you to them!

The App is great, I find it a little bit hard in the beguinning to understand all the procedures, I guess it could be more user friendly.However, despite this, the support is fantastic, fast and efficient, I would like to highlight the services provided by Emily and Lydia, both helped me to solve my issues and get more clarifications

The application is very useful and helped me to optimize a good part of the shop.I had some questions related to the generated report,and I called for a support,the Sunny operator answered operatively,and after describing the problem,gave me an answer in 5 min with tech details and potential solution,I am very satisfied,I recommend!

Avada SEO is brilliant. They will solve all your page speed and SEO issues. However, the initial setup is not fully DIY (different themes cause different issues etc). I tried to resolve for about 24 hours, then contacted the Avada Support. I was lucky enough to come across Emily (Thank you), who within an hour resolved all issues and the page now has a google ranking of 99/100 for overall performance. They did this free of cost. I highly recommend the user to contact Avada, and Emily if possible, your store will be blazing fast!

Initially, I left a 1-star review due to frustration with the Avada SEO & Image Optimizer app's compatibility issues with my template, resulting in website disruption. Fortunately, I had backed up my site before attempting to remove the app, allowing me to revert to a previous state. However, remnants of unused code remained, impacting my site's speed. Avada proactively reached out to address my concerns, likely prompted by my negative review. Despite opting to resolve the issue independently, they offered assistance in properly removing the app to eliminate unnecessary code from my site. This proactive response led me to reconsider my initial assessment, acknowledging my frustration and the potential loss of work. Avada's dedication to rectifying the situation surpassed my expectations. Although their proposed solution didn't align with my needs, the sincerity of their efforts is evident in the majority of reviews, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction even if it means losing a customer. I appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile to resolve the issue. Thank you, Avada!
