I've been using this Shopify app for the past 2 months and it's been excellent for improving my store's SEO and page speed. I reached out because I needed help fixing some http error on my site. Lydia forwarded the matter to others who could help, but unsolicited suggested improving my photos on the page. I agreed, after which she immediately set about fixing them for me. 5 star service

This app is straightforward to use, and has a great support team. When I ran into an issue, I simply sent a message using the built-in chat, and Tiana was very quick to respond. She provided a solution that worked on the first try. Great experience!

I've just started using this app so can't comment on the app itself, but the support is excellent - Tiana is very professional and patient. I've tried other apps where support takes days to get back to you, but AVADA has a live chat and my issues are always answered within a few minutes!
