I need this app. I don't have the time to fix broken links based on how my products are set up. However, I was a little unsure if I was doing it right. So I hopped on the Customer service chat. The customer service with Avada is supportive and quick. Emily, was able to verify everything was running smoothly. I appreciate her help and giving me the confidence in knowing my business is running without any hiccups. I can focus on creating products and not worry about broken links. Thank you again, EMILY!!

I keep running into a syntak error when I make changes in the Avada app, I'm worried about this issue and may end up being a deal breaker for me at the end of my free trial, I'm still undecided. But tonight I made some improvements, and I ran into the same error. I hopped on chat and Esther answered right away. I explained my issue and provided her the error I got. She contacted Technical Support and Toby assisted and he was able to quickly fix the issue. I have to say that the Customer Service is top notch with Avada, which is why I'm on the fence with staying or leaving, having the support they have, I quite impressive. Thank You Esther and Toby for your assistance this evening!
