The support, Prakash in general, is probably the best part. Very responsive and will work until the issue is resolved. The app itself is fairly easily customizable although it feels slightly clunky in a way. I still give it 5 stars because it checks all the boxes, has amazing support, and priced really fairly.

My experience with Liz was amazing! Liz spent over 2 hours assisting me with an issue that I mistakenly made on my Shopify's store. I highly recommend AVADA as an app as it is very easy to use and has such a wide range of customisable options for your sizing chart

The application is really good and the size chart logo is very discreet and professional. The technical support is amazing. Esther was just very supportive and she realized and replied to all my queries. I am also using avada for my invoices and same thing, I am very happy and satisfied.
