Had some technical issues. Came across a few tech guys but it wasn't working out. Was about to leave the app until Juliana came around to assist everything I needed. She was a doll and super quick with the updates/changes. now the app is super easy to use. Thank you Juliana!

Jasmine was simply fantastic throughout - the app was easy to use but there were a few minor design tweaks that I couldn't make myself. After contacting via the chat, Jasmine was extremely prompt to fix my issues and create the perfect size guide.

I have tried many size chart apps, but this is definitely the best, most functional and easy to use. Support is always available, especially Abby, who answers all your questions.

Updated Review: Avada Size Chart is one of the most useful app's in Shopify. Once again today, their support team have been very responsive and helpful in resolving a minor issue. I've received excellent customer support from Candace previously and most recently from Anne who was quick to reply to my live chat question today and kept me updated throughout the process as she worked to resolve my issue. A great app for Shopify merchants with an easy to use interface. Highly recommended!

the best thing is the live-chat support where customer service politely responds to your issues, immediately. Hana is very responsive, polite and straight to action. take the solution to my issue. very helpful! the hardest thing might be waiting for them to give you a solution, but not hANA. so far they really care, that's the most important thing.
