I have been really impressed with AOV.ai so far. The app is powerful, easy to work with, and gives you a lot of control over offers, gifts, widgets, and promotion features. What really stood out though was the support team. Thea and Susan were both incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and happy to make small changes so the app matched the look and feel of my Shopify store. They helped enable features, match the theme colours, adjust badges, check the side cart gift setup, and look into custom styling so everything felt more aligned with my brand. For a small business, that kind of hands on support makes a huge difference. It feels like the team genuinely wants the app to work well for your store, not just install and leave you to figure it out. Great app, great support, and definitely worth trying if you want to increase AOV with gifts, offers, and upsells.
