This app does EXACTLY what we need it to do! I thought there was a glitch with the app not adding free gifts to some orders, so I contacted their customer support. They responded within minutes, and walked me through the issue I was having, only to find out it was user error and now everything is performing as it should!

Really satisfied with this app. I use it for free gifts, I use the "Tiered Reward Box" which let you set up different gifts to choose from at different prices. Really easy to use and helps with upselling! The online support is great too, you are helped 24/7 with great service!
